基于"立德树人"的自动化专业人才培养探索

立足区域经济及通航产业发展需求,落实"突出应用、强化能力、注重创新、彰显特色"的人才培养理念,结合工程教育专业认证标准和一流本科建设需求,围绕"立德树人"根本任务,制定基于电子信息大类培养模式下的自动化专业人才培养目标和毕业要求,构建"三平台+二模块"的课程体系和"五位一体"的实践教学体系;并将课程思政融入人才培养全过程.通过学科竞赛,依托暑期三下乡社会实践活动,开展社会实践和志愿服务,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,实现专业教育教学与社会责任感培养的紧密结合,达到以行践知的目的,为区域经济及通航产业发展提供人才保障.
Based on the development needs of regional economy and general aviation industry,the talent training concept of"highlighting application,strengthening ability,focusing on innovation and highlighting characteristics"is implemented,combined with the professional certification standards of engineering education and the needs of first-class undergraduate construction,and centering on the fundamental task of"cultivating virtues and cultivating people",the training objectives and graduation requirements of automation professionals based on the training mode of electronic information are formulated.The curriculum system of"three platforms + two modules"and the practical teaching system of"five in one"have been constructed,and the course ideology and politics has been integrated into the whole process of talent training.Through discipline competitions,relying on three summer social practice activities in the countryside,we carry out social practice and voluntary service,cultivate and practice socialist core values,realize the close combination of professional education and teaching and training of social responsibility,achieve the purpose of knowledge by practice,and provide talent guarantee for the development of regional economy and general aviation industry.
