In order to understand the present situation and many problems of the implementation of the"Quality Improvement Plan"for PE teachers in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and seeks countermeasures.The"Quality Improvement Plan"project undertaken by Hubei University of Technology from 2019 to 2021 as an example,selecting 150 physical education teachers from Hubei Province and Xinjiang as the research objects,this paper investigates the implementation status of the"Quality Improvement Plan"from the following aspects:main training demand investigation,training target orientation,training plan planning,training course design,training content arrangement,training mode selection,training team evaluation,project feature innovation,training follow-up guidance,etc.It is found that the investigation and analysis of training needs in training bases are not accurate enough,and the shortcomings of targeted regional teaching and learning,regional teacher team building and school-based research need to be improved.The training plan and curriculum design are reasonable,and the practical guidance of some topics needs to be improved.The effectiveness of deep interaction between students and teachers needs to be optimized.Most trainees tend to be guided by experience in choosing training content,and their theoretical level needs to be improved.The follow-up instruction for trainees is a mere formality,and the training institutions'post-training instruction and quality monitoring for trainees need to be strengthened.The characteristic innovation of the project is not obvious enough.To improve the implementation effect of the"Quality Improvement Plan"project,it is necessary to set out from the actual needs of the trainees,identify the training objectives and accurately design the training plan,master the students'professional development characteristics in an all-round way,and scientifically and systematically set up training topics,follow the characteristics of adult and physical education teachers'life and study,and carefully choose various training methods.It is also necessary to adopt a scientific and progressive student evaluation system,and fully stimulate students'consciousness of improving their ability,fully condense human resources,scientifically set up a high-level training team,effectively guarantee the quality of training implementation and effectively construct a monitoring mechanism for students'sustainable development.
