当代高校竞赛育人效果达成过程中的影响因素众多,达到理想育人效果的过程复杂,特别是军队院校如何达到竞赛育人效果的机理尚不明确.决策实验室分析与解释结构联合模型首次被用于军校竞赛育人实现机理研究,在影响因素复杂众多的竞赛育人效果评价过程中,明确各影响因素的概念内涵,建立定量的数学表达形式,通过严格的数学推导和公式求解,深入剖析复杂因素背后的逻辑关联,有效揭示军校学员竞赛育人效果达成机理,为国内竞赛育人研究工作提供一种全新思路和有效方法.
There are many influencing factors in the process of achieving the education effect of competition in contemporary colleges and universities,and the process of achieving the ideal education effect is complex.Especially,the mechanism of how to achieve the education effect of competition in military colleges and universities is not clear.The joint model of decision laboratory analysis and interpretation structure was used for the first time to study the realization mechanism of competitive education in military colleges.In the process of evaluating the effect of competitive education with complex and numerous influencing factors,the conceptual connotation of each influencing factor was clarified,the quantitative mathematical expression form was established,and the logical relationship behind the complex factors was deeply analyzed through strict mathematical derivation and formula solution.It effectively reveals the mechanism of the education effect of military cadets competition,and provides a new idea and effective method for the research work of domestic competitive education.
