The hybrid teaching and management model is the inevitable trend of the reform and development of teaching and management in universities.After more than 20 years of exploration and development,hybrid teaching has been widely used in universities in China,while hybrid management is still at the initial stage of exploration.This paper started with the objects and factors of hybrid teaching and management,analyzed the main problems existing in the current hybrid teaching and management in universities,and proposed the corresponding solutions,which provided a certain reference for educators to further develop and implement hybrid teaching and management in the future.
