利益相关者理论指导下校企联合培养研究生的方法

校企联合培养研究生是高等院校联合科技创新型企业共同开展的研究生人才培养方式,在培养人才的同时推动着企业及院校技术升级并促进地方科技经济发展.该文基于利益相关者理论,以南方科技大学机械与能源工程系与企业联合培养研究生为例,阐述政府、高校、企业、导师和学生等重要利益相关方的权责及利益诉求.研究方法能够为相关高校培养研究生提供参考和经验.
The joint training of graduate students by universities and enterprises is one graduate training method carried out by both universities and technological innovative enterprises.It helps to train talents,improve the technology of enterprises and universities,promotes the development of local scientific economy.Based on the stakeholder theory,taking the Joint Training of Graduate Students in the Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering and Enterprises at Southern University of Science and Technology as an Example,herein the rights,responsibilities and interests concerned to the important stakeholders such as the government,universities,enterprises,tutors and students are analyzed.The research method can provide reference and experience for relevant universities to graduate student training.
