大数据赋能成渝经济圈研究生协同培养模式创新

运用大数据管理与创新管理理论,探索大数据赋能成渝经济圈研究生协同培养模式创新.结果表明,大数据赋能成渝经济圈研究生协同培养面临三大挑战为研究生教育大数据流通共享不畅、多元主体协同效率不高、协同反馈体系不健全;建立大数据服务平台、完善平台管理制度,可优化数据要素流通机制,促进教育数据的充分共享;建立"1+N"协同培养体系、构筑多元能力培养路径,可创新多元协同培养机制,提升协同培养的服务成效;打造智慧教育评价体系、制定多元定向培养方案,可完善协同培养反馈机制,促进协同培养体系的自我优化.
Using the theory of big data management and innovation management,this paper explores the innovation of collaborative training mode of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle graduate students enabled by big data.The results show that the collaborative training of graduate students in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle enabled by big data faces three major challenges:the circulation and sharing of big data in graduate education are not smooth,the collaborative efficiency of multiple subjects is not high,and the collaborative feedback system is not perfect;establishing a big data service platform and improving the platform management system can optimize the circulation mechanism of data elements and promote the full sharing of educational data;the establishment of the"1+N"collaborative training system and the construction of multiple ability training paths can innovate the multiple collaborative training mechanism and improve the service effectiveness of collaborative training;building a wisdom education evaluation system and formulating multiple orientation training programs can improve the feedback mechanism of collaborative training and promote the self-optimization of the collaborative training system.
