大数据视角下高校"党建+学科竞赛"实践育人模式研究

加强党对教育工作的全面领导,将党的政治理论和思想融入实践育人是落实立德树人的根本保证.发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员教师的先锋模范作用,实现党建和育人工作相结合已成为高校人才培养的研究重点.该文以"党建+学科竞赛"为切入点,阐述高校"党建+学科竞赛"实践育人模式的基本内涵、必要性、现实困境,探索强化党建引领、完善制度建设、革新思维模式、组建帮扶团队和搭建大数据平台五个方面的实施路径,促进党建和高校实践育人的根本任务有机结合,推动高校实践型和创新型人才培养.
Strengthening the comprehensive leadership of the Party in education work and integrating the Party's political theory and ideology into practical education are the fundamental guarantees for implementing the goal of cultivating students with moral integrity.It has become a research focus in talent cultivation in universities to give full play to the role of grassroots Party organizations as strongholds and Party member teachers as pioneers,and to integrate Party building with student education work.This article takes"Party building and subject competition"as the starting point to expound the basic connotation,necessity,and practical difficulties of the"Party building and subject competition"model in practical education in universities.It explores five implementation paths,including strengthening Party building leadership,improving institutional construction,innovating thinking modes,establishing assistance teams,and building big data platforms,in order to promote the organic integration of Party building and practical education in universities and promote the cultivation of practical and innovative talents in universities.
