At present,"Four Self-confidence"has become the basic requirement of education and teaching in the new era.In the hot practice of Chinese modernization,it is imperative to construct and reform the teaching team of Western Economics.At present,the teaching of Western Economics has the problems of boring content,rigid form and monotonous teaching methods.On the basis of literature research,case study and teaching practice,this paper focuses on the analysis of the direction,content and measures of the teaching team construction of Western Economics,in order to provide feasible ideas for improving the teaching effect of Western Economics.
