The construction of the synergistic education system of sports health education and ideological and political education is an important initiative for the reform of public physical education in China's colleges and universities in the new era.By deeply exploring the synergistic effect of sports health education and ideological and political education,the importance of parallel ideological and political elements in sports health education in colleges and universities,the need to improve and innovate in terms of physical education curriculum objectives,contents and structure in constructing a synergistic education system of sports health education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is proposed,and an outlook is made.Through this study,in order to fully release the charm of the ideological and political education of sports and health education in colleges and universities,the best effect of synergistic education of sports and health education and ideological and political education is realized.
