思政引领、以人为本的桥梁工程教学设计——以梁桥概述为例

当前高等教育改革中,思政元素的引领作用日益凸显.该文以桥梁工程课程的梁桥概述一节为例,探讨如何在课程教学中融入思政元素,实现以人为本的教学目标.首先介绍思政元素在高等教育改革中的重要性,接着从教学目标设计、教学内容设计、学情分析与学情优化等角度,详述思政元素引领下,以人为本的桥梁工程教学设计理念.实践表明,思政元素的融入有助于帮助学生树立正确的价值观和人生观,增强社会责任感和职业道德观念,提高综合素质和核心竞争力,对培养具有家国情怀和国际视野的土木工程专业人才具有重要意义.
In the current higher education reform,the leading role of ideological and political elements is increasingly prominent.Taking the overview of beam bridge project as an example,this paper explores how to integrate ideological and political elements into course teaching and achieve people-oriented teaching goals.Firstly,the importance of ideological and political elements in higher education reform is introduced.Then,from the perspectives of teaching goal design,teaching content design,learning situation analysis,and learning situation optimization,the people-oriented Bridge Engineering teaching design concept under the guidance of ideological and political elements is expounded in detail.The integration of ideological and political elements helps students to establish a correct value and outlook on life,enhance social responsibility and professional ethics,and improve overall quality and competitiveness.It is of great significance for cultivating civil engineering professionals with patriotism and an international perspective.
