基于学科交叉融合的土木工程类研究生培养模式探究与实践

进入 21 世纪,科技、教育、文化水平飞速发展,质量稳步提升,在此新形势下,基于学科交叉融合,培养拔尖创新领军型土木工程类研究生,是实施人才强国战略和创新驱动发展战略的重要保障.针对土木工程学科研究生教学理念陈旧、知识结构单一,教学模式滞后、资源配置不足,教学体系固化和国际视野局限等问题,安徽建筑大学提出"改革创新培养过程,交叉融合土木学科"的研究生培养新理念,形成"师资-平台-项目"三位一体研究生培养新模式,构建土木学科研究生"动态目标-能力提升-精细培养-评价反馈"的研究生培养新体系,通过创新培养理念、革新培养模式、夯实培养体系,经探究与实践,人才队伍、教学成果、科研水平及平台建设均取得显著成效.
In the new situation of rapid development of technology and steady improvement of education quality,cultivating top-notch innovative and leading civil engineering graduate students based on interdisciplinary integration is an important guarantee for implementing the strategy of strengthening the country through talent and innovation driven development.In response to the outdated concept,single knowledge structure,lagging training mode,insufficient resource allocation,solidified training system,and limited international perspective of graduate education in the field of civil engineering,Anhui University of Architecture and Technology has proposed a new concept of graduate education called"reform and innovation training process,cross integration of civil engineering disciplines",forming a new model of"teacher platform project trinity"graduate education.A new graduate training system for civil engineering graduate students has been established,which includes dynamic training objectives,spiral improvement of abilities,refined training plans,and objective evaluation feedback.Through innovative training concepts,innovative training models,and solid training systems,significant results have been achieved in talent team,teaching achievements,scientific research level,and platform construction through exploration and practice.
