以思想为抓手的高校班主任工作探索与实践——从"无为"到"无不为"

高校班主任制度自 1949年新中国高等教育制度建立时就存在了,但高校班主任制度在执行中还存在很多不足,其中之一就是高校班主任该如何做工作的问题.目前我国高校班主任大都是专职教师兼职,学生工作经验不足,导致实际工作中会发生不知如何做的情况.在总结个人工作经验和前人经验的基础上,对高校班主任工作进行一些探索和总结.研究认为高校班主任当以思想为抓手,通过润物细无声和"无为"的方式,充分发生大学生的主观能动性,达到"无不为"的教育目的,培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人.
The head teacher system in colleges and universities has been established since 1949 in China,but there are still many deficiencies in the implementation.One of the important problems is how to do the work of coordinators in colleges and universities.At present,most of the head teachers in colleges and universities in China are not full-time coordinators.So,they don't have sufficient working experience about managing undergraduate students.According our experience,we will discuss how to do work about managing undergraduate students as a coordinator.Head teachers should lead the ideological development of undergraduate because action is controlled by thoughts.If all students have a correct ideology,it's easy to achieve the educational goals.Therefore,we believe that college head teachers should take thought as the starting point,fully take the subjective initiative of college students through moistening things silently and"Inaction",achieve the educational purpose of"doing everything",and cultivate new people of the times with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.
