地方院校卓越GIS工程人才培养模式探索与实践

多学科交叉融合是培养高素质综合人才的必然趋势,通过开展GIS人才培养专项计划,打破不同相关专业之间的壁垒,有利于量身定制适应不同需求的GIS工程人才.该文以嘉应学院为例,在良好的校企协同育人基础上,以GIS技术为纽带联合GIS、地理科学、房地产开发与管理专业进行教学改革,以择优选拔的实验班为载体,探讨适应个性化发展需求的卓越GIS人才培养模式,通过"三课堂"联动、质量保障体系等实施校企协同建立GIS技能训练体系,以期为地方院校GIS工程人才培养方式提供有益的经验和参考.
Multidisciplinary cross-fertilization is an inevitable trend to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents,and by carrying out a special program for GIS talent cultivation,it breaks the barriers between different related majors,which is conducive to tailor-made GIS engineering talents adapted to different needs.Taking Jiaying College as an example,on the basis of good school-enterprise collaborative education,this paper takes GIS technology as a link to unite GIS,geoscience,real estate development and management majors to carry out teaching reforms,and takes the experimental class selected on the basis of merit as a carrier,to explore the excellent GIS talent cultivation mode adapted to the needs of individualized development and to establish a GIS skill training system through the implementation of the"three-classroom"linkage,quality assurance system,etc.,so as to find out a set of feasible and practical solutions.It is hoped to provide some useful experience and reference for the training of GIS engineering talents in local colleges and universities.
