"新财经"背景下数字管理人才培养体系研究

随着人工智能、大数据等新兴信息技术的迅猛发展,数字技术与传统产业融合发展已成为引领经济发展的新动能.面向新时代,数字管理人才已成为产业数字化转型成功的关键.为探索财经类高校数字化管理人才培养方案,该文分析数字化管理人才的内涵、特点以及对知识、能力和素养的需求,研究数字化管理人才目前培养中的问题,构建"政产研学用"多方联动的人才培养体系,并以河北经贸大学管理科学与工程学院为例进行实践论证,为财经类高校管理类专业开展"新财经"教育改革提供借鉴.
With the rapid development of emerging information technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data,the integration of digital technology and traditional industries has become a new driving force for economic development.Facing the new era,digital management talents have become the key to the success of industrial Digital transformation.In order to explore the training plan for digital management talents in financial and economic universities,this article analyzes the connotation,characteristics,and demand for knowledge,ability,and literacy of digital management talents.This paper studies the current situation of digital management talent cultivation,constructs a talent cultivation system with multiple linkage of"politics,industry,research,learning,and application",and takes the School of Management Science and Engineering at Hebei University of Economics and Trade as an example for practical demonstration.This study provides reference for the"new finance"education reform of management majors in finance and economics universities.
