University education is quality education,which ultimately aims to cultivate"people",that is,to cultivate students'sense of responsibility,courage to take responsibility,have a perfect personality,serve the country,society,and independent judgment ability.In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the"Guidelines for the Ideological and Political Construction of Curriculum in Higher Education Institutions",which made all universities,teachers,and courses take on the responsibility of educating people.After the comprehensive implementation of curriculum ideological and political education.It's the key to establish the evaluation indicators for the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political implementation in order to evaluating students'ideological and political achievements in each course and promoting the achievement of quality education for students during university.In terms of the effectiveness of implementing ideological and political in professional Curriculum,in this paperthe evaluation indicators are established from two aspects--on the one hand,from the perspective of evaluating students'ideological and political achievements in courses,the quantitative and qualitative assessments are conducted in formative assessment,diagnostic assessment,and summative assessment,with a diversified examine and weigh of online and offline mixed teaching processes to promote the achievement of students'quality education.On the other hand,in terms of evaluating the teaching effectiveness of professional courses,it includes multi-dimensional refinement of assessment indicators such as teaching design,ideological and political cases,classroom evaluation,student ideological and political examination,and questionnaires,forming a beneficentcycle of"evaluation,diagnosis,feedback and improvement".Taking"Principle and Application of Satellite Navigation Positioning"as an example,the effectiveness of the evaluation indicators for the implementation of ideological and political curriculum was analyzed.It can be seen that the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum was gradually improved through the feedback improvement.
