职业教育适应性是指职业教育作为一种类型教育、适应外部环境需求和变化的能力,是衡量职业教育高质量发展的核心指标.专业群分类精准育人能够立足产业发展,注重学生个性化和可持续发展,有助于增强职业教育适应性.作者以苏州健雄职业技术学院药品生物技术专业群人才培养为研究对象,聚焦职业教育适应性与学生个性发展,探索基于职业教育适应性的精准育人路径,并从课程体系、教学平台、教学资源、评价体系和管理制度等方面进行阐述.
The adaptability of vocational education,which refers to its ability to adjust to external environmental demands and changes,is the core indicator for measuring the high-quality development of vocational education.Classified and precise education based on professional group can focus on industrial development,personalized and sustainable development of students,and help enhance the adaptability of vocational education.Based on the talent cultivation of the pharmaceutical biotechnology professional group,by focusing on the development of the adaptability of vocational education and students'personalities,the precise educational path based on the adaptability of vocational education was explored and fully elaborated from the curriculum system,teaching platform,teaching resources,evaluation system,management system and so on.
