Digital intelligence transformation empowers the development of education,and triggers the dialectical thinking on teachers'guiding role or mediating role in the context of contemporary society.To deeply understand and scientifically grasp the guiding role that teachers should play is necessary for the adaptation to the digital intelligence transformation.Based on dialectical of mediation-thinking and mediation theory,this paper proposes the macro level of social practice,the middle level of policy support and the micro level of teachers'internal force remodeling.It points out that the fundamental reform of human social practice is the prerequisite for a correct understanding of teachers'mediating role,strategic development policy is the necessary support for teachers to play the mediating role,and teachers make full use of the digital and intelligence advantages to play the mediating role to reshape education is an important guarantee.
