中外合作办学模式下大学生创新创业能力的模糊综合评价研究

中外合作办学作为一种依托国际交流合作的办学形式,通过国内外教育资源优势互补,在创新创业人才培养和项目孵化中起到重要作用.在中外合作办学模式的实践过程中,如何客观评价大学生的创新创业能力至关重要但相关研究较少.该文围绕中外合作办学人才培养目标,提出以创新创业品质、知识技能储备、实践经历成果、科研创造潜力和环境适应潜力等要素来构建创新创业能力评价指标体系;采用模糊综合评价模型建立大学生创新创业能力的模糊评价矩阵,得到大学生创新创业能力的评价结果.结果表明,大学生在创新创业品质、科研创造潜力方面能力较弱.最后,针对评价结果提出对策建议.
As a form of running schools relying on international exchanges and cooperation,Sino-foreign cooperation plays an important role in cultivating innovative talents and incubating projects by complementing the advantages of domestic and foreign educational resources.In the practice of Sino-foreign cooperation,it is very important to objectively evaluate the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students,but there are few relevant studies.This paper focuses on the training objectives of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,the evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is established by the factors of innovation and entrepreneurship quality,knowledge and skill reserve,practical experience,scientific research and creative potential and environment adaptability.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to establish the fuzzy evaluation matrix of college students'innovative and entrepreneurial ability,and the evaluation results of college students'innovative and entrepreneurial ability are obtained.The results show that college students are weak in innovation and entrepreneurship quality and scientific research and creative potential.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on the basis of the results of the empirical analysis.
