Since the popularization of higher education in China,the number of college graduates has reached a new high year after year,and the problem of college students'employment has become increasingly prominent in the new era,which has become the focus of social attention.The employment difficulty of college students is the result of multiple factors,which is not only the result of the economic and social development to the present stage,but also related to the mismatch between college talent training and social employment demand.Meanwhile,the family's educational concept will also affect the employment choice of college students,but also related to the choice of college students in the face of fierce competition.In order to help college students achieve high-quality and full employment,this paper analyzes the causes of college students'employment difficulties by investigating the common characteristics of college students'employment difficulties in the new era,and builds a"five-in-one"employment guidance system for college students in the new era from the five dimensions of government,society,colleges and universities,families and college students,thus forming a cohesive and powerful driving force,to help promote the smooth employment of college students.
