Glycobiology is a rapidly developing branch in the field of life science.The study of carbohydrates and glycobiology part in biochemistry course can lay a foundation for the in-depth study of glycobiology,which is beneficial to the cultivation of innovative talents in related fields.This paper introduces the application of mind mapping and other methods in the teaching of carbohydrates and glycobiology.The results show that mind mapping and analogical analysis can help students grasp the knowledge framework and understand the internal logic more effectively,and the process learning evaluation can significantly stimulate students'awareness of active learning.Through the comprehensive use of online and offline teaching platforms,multi-mode teaching is carried out in class to achieve the purpose of improving learning efficiency and learning ability.
