基于物元可拓模型的工商管理类专业人才胜任力评价研究

结合工商管理类专业人才胜任力的特点,首先从个人能力、通用能力、专业能力和发展能力四个方面建立工商管理类专业人才胜任力评价指标体系,并运用AHP-熵值法确定各指标的组合权重,接着利用物元可拓理论构建工商管理类专业人才胜任力评价模型,最后对湖南财政经济学院工商管理类专业人才胜任力进行综合评价.
Combined with the characteristics of the competency of business management professionals,this paper first establishes the competency evaluation index system of business management professionals from four aspects:personal ability,general ability,professional ability and development ability,and uses AHP entropy method to determine the combination weight of each index.Then,it constructs the competency evaluation model of business management professionals using matter-element extension theory.Finally,the competency of business management professionals in Hunan University of Finance and Economics is comprehensively evaluated.
