地方医学院校青年教师教学学术能力评价指标体系建构研究

构建地方医学院校青年教师教学学术能力评价指标体系.采用专家咨询法,于 2022年 9 至 12 月通过邮件向 29 位专家发放两轮专家咨询表,综合专家积极程度、权威程度和协调程度等进行评价.两轮咨询的专家积极程度分别为 93.1%、100.0%,专家权威程度分别为0.859、0.864,评价指标重要性和可行性的专家协调系数分别为 0.35和 0.39(P值均小于 0.001).构建的指标体系包括 4 项一级指标、10 项二级指标 26 项三级指标.专家的积极程度和权威程度较高,专家意见协调程度较好,构建的地方医学院校青年教师教学学术能力指标体系可信.
The evaluation index system of teaching academic ability of young teachers in local medical colleges was established.Using the expert consultation method,two rounds of expert consultation forms were sent to 29 experts by email from September to December 2022,and the experts'activeness,authority and coordination were evaluated comprehensively.The degree of expert positivity in the two rounds of consultation was 93.1%and 100.0%,and the degree of expert authority was 0.859 and 0.864,respectively.The expert coordination coefficients of the importance and feasibility of the evaluation indicators were 0.35 and 0.39,respectively(P values are all less than 0.001).The constructed index system includes 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 26 third-level indicators.The experts have a high degree of positivity and authority,and the expert opinions are well coordinated.The constructed index system of teaching and academic ability of young teachers in local medical colleges is credible.
