"双一流"建设已成为我国高等教育发展的引领性、标志性工程."双一流"建设内涵非常丰富,如何高质量推进"双一流"各项内容建设,已成为高校发展的第一要务.党建是引领高校事业高质量发展的"红色引擎",发挥党建引领作用,探索适合工科高校发展的特色党建模式对"双一流"建设意义重大.党群联建可以充分发挥基层党支部的桥梁纽带作用,通过系统设计、创新举措,构建"内外联动、上下贯通、多向发力"的党群联建模式,可有效推动"一线原则"多渠道落实、青年教师能力全面提升、学科交叉深度融合、社会服务精准发力、文化传承落地生根,助力实现"一融双高",加速"双一流"建设步伐.
"Double First Class"construction has become a leading and landmark project in the development of Chinese higher education.The connotation of"Double First Class"construction is very rich.How to promote the construction of"Double First Class"with high quality has become the first priority for the development of colleges and universities.Party construction is the"red engine"that leads the high-quality development of colleges and universities.Play the leading role of Party c construction and exploring distinguished Party construction mode suitable for the development of engineering universities are of great significance to the construction of"Double First Class".Party-mass joint construction can adequately play the role of a bridge linking of grassroots party branches.Aparty-mass joint construction mode of"internal and external linkage,upper and lower connection,and exerting force in multiple directions"was established through system design and initiative innovation.It can effectively promote the multi-channel implementation of the"first-line principle",the comprehensive improvement of young teachers'abilities,the deep integration of disciplines,the precise mobilization of social services,and the implementation of cultural inheritance which will help to realize"one integration,two heights"and accelerate the construction of"Double First Class".
