Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a research hotspot in the field of employment and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.In order to find out whether there is an inevitable relationship between the employment mechanism of enterprises and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,this paper conducts a follow-up survey on 147 institutions that have employed college graduates in Yunnan,and obtains the development status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities.In view of the problems existing in the recruitment mechanism of enterprises(units)under the current market economy conditions,this paper proposes that innovation and entrepreneurship education should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.We strengthen the implementation of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,give full play to the policy functions of school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education,and form a four-way linkage cooperation mechanism between politics,schools,enterprises and students to eliminate obstacles in the employment of college students,and help build a good enterprise employment mechanism.At the same time,this study points out that we should actively tap the potential of college students,enhance self-efficacy,make them become the source of enterprise development,and then promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education of local colleges and universities and the healthy and sustainable development of enterprise employment mechanism.
