基于"双碳"背景的新能源专业创新创业教育研究

随着我国提出 2030 年碳达峰、2060 年碳中和的"双碳"目标,培养适应国家"双碳"需求的新能源创新创业人才迫在眉睫.该文分析当前新能源创新创业教育存在的问题,提出改革思路和具体举措.首先,调研"双碳"背景下行业对人才的需求,重新设计培养方案,增加"双碳"和创新创业相关课程,建立产学研用协同机制.其次,构建融合"双碳"理念的课程体系,创建新能源"双碳"创新创业实践基地,改革考核评价机制.再次,完善资助保障体系,提升教育质量,不仅有助于培养适应国家需求的人才,也可以推动新能源创新创业教育发展,提升新能源类专业的核心竞争力,使其实现可持续发展.深化新能源创新创业教育改革,对服务国家"双碳"战略具有重要意义.
With China's goals of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,it is imperative to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in new energy that meet national needs.This paper analyzes the problems in current new energy innovation and entrepreneurship education,and puts forward reform ideas and measures.Firstly,investigate talent demands under"dual-carbon"background,redesign talent training programs by adding"dual-carbon"and entrepreneurship related courses,and establish industry-academia-research cooperation mechanism.Secondly,build a curriculum system integrating"dual-carbon"concepts,create new energy"dual-carbon"innovation and entrepreneurship practice bases,and reform assessment mechanisms.Thirdly,improve support systems to enhance education quality.This will not only help cultivate talents meeting national needs,but also promote the development of new energy innovation and entrepreneurship education,enhance the core competitiveness of new energy majors,and enable their sustainable development.Deepening reforms in new energy innovation and entrepreneurship education is of great significance for serving the national"dual-carbon"strategy.
