中文摘要：新时代的发展对高校人才培养提出更高的要求,而学生工作作为高校人才培养的重要组成部分,对推动高校落实立德树人根本任务意义重大.院系学生工作是高校学生工作的基础和保障,构建科学合理的院系基层学生工作体系尤为重要.该文通过对玉林师范学院数学与统计学院学生工作内容进行系统的梳理、归纳和架构,探索"四航计划"和"十四大工程"为核心的发展型学生工作体系,以计划引领工程,以工程支撑计划,使得繁杂的学生工作变得规整、明确、清晰,形成"促进学生发展"的学生工作闭环,有效推进"三全育人"格局形成,努力培养符合新时代要求的高素质人才.

外文摘要：The development of the new era has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in colleges and universities,and student work as an important part of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,is of great significance to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating talents in colleges and universities.College and Department student work is the foundation and guarantee of college student work,and it is particularly important to construct a scientific and reasonable college and Department student work system at the grass-roots level.This article has carried on the systematic combing,the induction and the structure to the Yulin Normal University mathematics and the statistics college student work content,this paper probes into the developmental student work system with the core of the"Four-voyage plan"and"The 14th National Congress Project",which leads the project by the plan and supports the project by the project,making the complicated student work become regular,clear and clear,forming the closed loop of student work of"Promoting student development",effectively promoting the formation of the pattern of"Three all-round education",efforts to train high-quality personnel in line with the requirements of the new era.
