In order to solve the problem of ideological and political elements integrated into professional courses construction scheme based the difficulties and obstacles was studied.Integrating difficulties of ideological and political elements were summarized and analyzed.The obstacles existing in the ideological and political construction were studied.The MOOC of new energy vehicle was selected as example to analyzed.The relatively fixed paradigm of ideological and political construction was put forward.Result showed that based on the overall design of the course the best connection points could be found.All elements obtained in course were arranged according systematic requirement.Relatively fixed and effective curriculum ideological and political design scheme could be formed.
