云南省高校本科层次中外合作办学现状、问题及对策

中外合作办学不仅是高等院校办学的一种有益模式,还是高等院校开展对外合作和吸纳优质教育资源的主要渠道.针对当前云南省本科层次中外合作办学问题,该文比较系统地梳理当前全国和云南省有关中外合作办学政策的演变进程,阐述当前云南省高等院校本科层次中外合作办学所处的现状与面临的问题,结合云南特殊的地理位置和"一带一路"倡议,提出改善云南省高校中外合作办学的对策建议.
Sino-foreign cooperation in running the universities is not only a beneficial mode of higher education,but also the main channel of carrying out foreign cooperation and absorbing high-quality educational resources.Aiming at the current problems of Sino-foreign cooperative education at the undergraduate level in Yunnan province,this paper systematically sorts out the changes in the supply of relevant policies of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the whole country and Yunnan province.This paper reveals the current situation and problems of Sino-foreign cooperative education at the undergraduate level in Yunnan province,and combines Yunnan's special geographical location and the national strategy of"The Belt and Road",putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving Sino-foreign cooperation in running universities in Yunnan province.
