The student-centered teaching method is an important teaching reform direction to guide students'all-round development and cultivate new engineering talents in order to meet the requirements of the times.In view of the problems and teaching requirements in the traditional teaching of Food Enzymology,this paper explores and applies the teaching mode from the dimensions of knowledge construction,classroom teaching,after-school improvement and innovation breakthrough,realizes the guidance and training of students'basic theoretical knowledge and innovative practical ability,and provides assistance for the training of new engineering talents in the field of food from the aspect of curriculum teaching.
