This paper is based on the background of improving the quality of undergraduate education proposed by the Ministry of Education,under the"student-centered,employment-oriented"principle,based on the actual situation of students in our school,analyzes the characteristics of students,and formulates personalized teaching plans,in order to cultivate high-quality for the country.At the same time,it pays attention to the combination of talent training and enterprise needs,and cultivates talents according to the actual needs of the enterprise,to teach students according to their aptitude and needs,improve the quality of talent training,and deliver qualified talents to society.Under the background of the current teaching methods,this paper analyzes how to take students as the center,focus on the cultivation of students'innovative ability,improve students'autonomous learning ability,and integrate course ideological and political elements into classroom teaching from the online and offline teaching modes,to achieve the teaching purpose of ideological and political moisturizing,at the same time,make full use of modern educational methods and multi-platform educational resources,pay attention to the cultivation of students'innovative ability,and improve students'employ ability.
