Based on the background of socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era,taking Party building as the starting point,the paper analyzes the link of the education team in vocational colleges in order to improve the mechanisms of moral education and ideological and political education in vocational colleges and increase the pertinence,effectiveness,and effective coverage of ideological and political education and moral education in vocational colleges.According to the actual situation of higher vocational colleges,this paper starts with the construction of dormitory,class and league cadres,focuses on the development of active party members,and establishes the first link of education.The selection of counselors and the construction of teachers and party members are combined to establish the second link of education.Through the implementation of whole-staff collaborative education,whole-process education,all-round integration of education,and all the faculty and staff to set up the education of the whole link,a higher vocational education team has effectively been formed under the guidance of the party building.
