Traffic Safety is the core course for traffic majors,which focuses on cultivating high-level traffic talents and reducing traffic accidents by strengthening road safety education.By referring to the practice of excellent colleges and universities,the deficiencies of the current curriculum were summarized and the course construction was studied deeply.The four aspects of curriculum ideology and politics,course content,course form and teaching system were comprehensively upgraded.With the help of virtual simulation and other modern technology for practical teaching,the high-quality and intelligent international first-class course will be created.This paper summarizes the shortcomings of the current course,and gives some ideas for course construction,so as to provide reference for the course construction and practical operation of Traffic Safety.
