Based on the new problems of human resource management curriculum teaching,in order to implement and complete the knowledge,ability and quality training objectives of human resource management teaching,BOPPPS teaching method is adopted to innovate the teaching system of Human Resource Management curriculum.Taking the performance management chapter as an example,different strategies are implemented in seven stages,namely introduction,learning objective/result,pre-test,participatory learning,post-test,summary,and industry-university-research development,aiming at different teaching objectives of knowledge,ability and accomplishment,so as to explore the innovation of human resource management teaching system.It is expected to solve the problems faced by Human Resource Management teaching and bring enlightenment to other curriculum reform.
