Production practice is a key link in the cultivation of practical ability and innovative ability of engineering students.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current production practice.Taking the aviation sheet metal manufacturing as an example,it puts forward the aviation manufacturing production practice mode based on situational cognition,including four parts:panoramic real situation that fully reflects the aviation manufacturing process,multi-level and multi-angle open practice tasks,efficient problem oriented interactive working groups,and performance evaluation based on the problem solving process.Through engineering problem solving,the production practice mode integrating scenes,tasks,personnel and processes is realized,which promotes the transformation and migration of engineering knowledge,improves the training level of engineering practice ability,and provides a reference mode and application practice for the training of manufacturing engineering professionals.
