Under the background of"double first-class"construction,improving the training quality of postgraduates has become the top priority.At the same time,local colleges and universities should also take the initiative to deal with the new opportunities and challenges brought by the"double first-class"construction to graduate education.The main deficiencies existing in the current postgraduate training in local colleges and universities are analyzed in this paper.By taking advantage of the construction opportunity of the advantageous and characteristic discipline of Chemical Engineering and Technology of our university in Shandong Province,we put forward a way to realize the cultivation of innovative complex talents of postgraduate with prominent discipline characteristics by reconstructing the diversified curriculum system,innovating the teaching mode and constructing the training mode based on the new guiding relationship.Through the exploration and practice of the above measures,the scientific research and innovation ability and comprehensive quality of postgraduates have been continuously improved,and the professional influence has been continuously improved.
