数智时代基于需求导向的高校会计人才培养质量提升路径研究

数智时代对会计人才培养质量提出新的要求.会计人才培养的数智赋能方式应适应新时代的职业发展需求,实现数字技术与传统学科、专业学科的结合.因此,在会计专业数智赋能人才培养质量提升上,高校应当坚持以职业需求为导向,基于多学科交叉融合的角度重塑会计专业的知识体系,在提高学生理论知识水平的基础上培养学生的实际操作能力及职业素养,便于学生更好地适应现代会计职业需求.该文从会计专业人才培养目标创新、课程体系改革、科研意识导入、教学团队培育和实践平台搭建等方面,探讨数智时代需求导向型会计人才培养质量提升的创新路径.
An important issue in the reform of higher education in the new era is how to train high-quality talents to meet the professional needs of the society.This is reflected in the training of accounting professionals,which is to actively promote the improvement of the training quality of accounting professionals to meet the needs of the society.Therefore,when carrying out accounting teaching,colleges and universities should adhere to the needs of social occupation as the orientation,and cultivate students'practical ability and professional quality on the basis of improving students'theoretical knowledge level,so that students can adapt to the talent requirements of the current accounting industry.In this paper,from the aspects of goal innovation,curriculum system reform,scientific research consciousness introduction,teaching team cultivation and practice platform construction,the innovation path of vocational demand-oriented accounting talent training quality improvement is discussed.
