榜样教育体系建设:大学生示范性学习平台研究与实践

教学过程中发现,后进学生的多门课程的考核成绩是不理想的,这种状态会一直持续,难以突破.为了扭转这种状态,使其掌握学习要领,明确完成学习成果应达到的目标,提高成绩和能力水平,从而提高学生个体和整体水平,分析榜样教育机制、学习样板资源现状、网络技术资源的可行性,提出构建一种辅助教学手段——示范性学习平台,将优秀的学生作品呈现在平台上,供学生参考,并在后续的学习中超越之.探究学习平台的运作机制、学习样板的制作,以及伦理和网络技术实现等问题.在该校泛雅网络教学平台上,初步构建为交通工程专业学生使用的示范性学习平台,通过一年多的试验运行,取得积极的效果.
During the teaching process,it was found that the assessment scores of multiple courses for underperforming students were not ideal,and this state would persist and be difficult to break through.In order to reverse this situation,enable students to master learning essentials,clarify the goals that should be achieved,improve their grades and ability levels,and thus improve whole students score levels,this paper analyzes the mechanism of exemplary education,current situation of learning model resources,and the feasibility of network technology resources.It is proposed to construct an auxiliary teaching method-a demonstrative learning platform(DLP)on which excellent student works are presented for all students to reference and surpass.Some questions are explored,such as the operational mechanism of the learning platform,the production of learning templates,as well as ethical and network technology implementation etc.On our school's Fanya online teaching platform,a preliminary DLP has been constructed for students majoring in transportation engineering to use and it has produced positive effects after more than a year of operation.
