行业背景高校工科开放式创新教学模式构建与实践

为响应国家发展战略新需求,响应国家对创新型人才与卓越工程师的时代需要,构建一种符合我国国情的开放式创新教学模式,通过教学方式开放化、教学资源多样化、课程案例库工程实用化、课程考核评价体系多元化"四化"体系,促进本科生学习以科技发展需求为导向,紧跟国家发展战略和学科发展前沿热点,切实提升学生的自主创新能力与工程实践水平,在行业背景高校工科专业实践中取得良好的成效,从而促进新工科复合型人才培养,应对未来新一轮科技革命.
In order to supply the national demands in science and technology development and distinguished talent cultivation,this study establishes a novel open and innovation teaching model that meets the current national conditions.This model consists of 4 components:open teaching means,diverse teaching resources,engineered and practical teaching cases,and pluralistic assessment systems.This model aims at science and technology development requirements and focuses on national development strategies and discipline development frontiers and hot topics.It can improve undergraduates'independent innovative capability and engineering practice level.A good implement effect is achieved when this teaching model is applied in engineering majors of an industry background university.It promotes the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in emerging engineering education for a new round of scientific and technological revolution.
