科教融合学部制背景下工科教学创新研究——以失效分析课程为例

新一轮科技革命与产业变革的到来,需要大批应用型创新人才,要求新时代的工科学生不仅要具备扎实的专业知识,同时要注重工程实践创新能力的培养,具备多维度的能力素质.以失效分析课程为例,通过分析目前教学中存在的问题,分别从课程设计、教学内容以及教学方法三个方面,提出相应的课程教学改革路径.在课程设计上,基于科教融合学部制优势条件,优化专业理论与实践教学的合理设置,做到专业理论教学与实践教学并重;在教学内容上,将新技术、新方法、新案例等融入教学,推动高水平教材的编写使用,充分发挥教材的育人功能;在教学方法上,推行LBL(授课导向)-CBL(案例导向)-PBL(项目导向)-TBL(团队导向)四轨教学模式,提升理论与实践教学的科学性、层次性和系统性.通过以上研究,从根本上提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,促进教学质量的全面提升.
With a new round of scientific,industrial revolution and industrial transformation,applied talents with innovation is needed.Then the engineering students in the new era should have not only solid professional knowledge,but also multi-dimensional ability such as knowledge ability,academic ability,technical ability and social ability,and pay attention to the cultivation of innovation ability.Therefore,there are higher requirements for teaching methods.Taking the course Failure Analysis as an example,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the curriculum teaching methods.The study puts forward the corresponding curriculum teaching reform paths from three aspects:designing the course system,optimizing the teaching content and reforming the teaching methods.In terms of course system design,it points out that the reasonable design of professional theory and practice teaching should be paid attention based on the integration of the faculty system and the integration of science and education.And the innovative and application-oriented students are cultivated.In terms of teaching content,new technologies,new methods,new cases and so on should be integrated into teaching to promote the writing and use of high-level teaching materials and give full play to the educational function of teaching materials.In terms of teaching methods,the four-track teaching model of LBL(Lecture-Based Learning)-CBL(Case-Based Learning)-PBL(Project-Based Learning)-TBL(Team-Based Learning)is implemented to improve the scientific,hierarchical and systematic nature of theoretical and practical teaching.Through the above research,students'ability is hoped to be improved to solve complex engineering problems,to promote the overall improvement of teaching quality.
