该文围绕产教融合视域下产业学院助力高校人才培养模式构建进行探索.通过建立产业学院构筑多元协同特色人才培养体系,打造多元协同高水平育人师资队伍,创建多元协同校行企联动机制,从共建专业、共建教学资源、合作培养人才、合作就业和社会培训服务等方面搭建政、行、企、校产教融合联盟,探索服务于区域经济高质量发展、精准对接、跨领域创新的人才培养新路径和新模式.
The Industry College has embarked on an exploration to bolster talent cultivation in higher education through the integration of industry and academia.By establishing an Industry College,a multi-faceted and synergistic talent cultivation system has been constructed to foster a high-caliber,collaborative faculty team and to create a dynamic alliance between universities,industries,and enterprises.This approach aims to build a cohesive mechanism facilitating government,industry,enterprise,and university integration.It encompasses the joint development of specialized programs and educational resources,cooperative talent training,collaborative employment opportunities,and community training services.This initiative seeks to forge new pathways and models for talent cultivation that cater to regional economic growth,ensuring precise alignment and cross-disciplinary innovation to meet the demands of high-quality development.
