"智能工匠"精神融入智能制造类专业人才培养的路径探索

为更好地培养具备工匠精神的复合型人才,以"1+X"机械工程制图证书为例,探索在智能制造专业类人才培养过程中融入工匠精神的模式.提出工匠精神应贯穿融入专业-课程-课堂全教学体系,通过引匠入校、研发反哺教学等形式,达到培养"智能工匠"的目的.在"智能工匠"的具体培养措施方面,通过对接"1+X"证书标准、企业研发需求、岗位需求,以训促教,以岗促教,实现"岗课融通"协同育人.
In order to effectively cultivate versatile talents imbued with craftsmanship spirit,this study explores the integration of such spirit within the talent development process in intelligent manufacturing,using the"1+X"Mechanical Engineering Drawing Certificate as a case study.The study proposes that the craftsmanship spirit should be infused throughout specialty,courses/curriculum and comprehensive classroom teaching system.By introducing craftsmen into schools and implementing research and development feedback into teaching to achieve the aim of cultivating"intelligent craftsmen".In terms of specific measures for cultivating"intelligent craftsmen",the approach involves aligning with"1+X"certificate standards,research and development needs of enterprises,and job requirements.This includes enhancing teaching through practical training and promoting education with skills required for job positions,achieving an integration of job roles and coursework,and fostering collaborative education.
