基于学生视角的高校工科教学质量提升影响因素研究

提升教学质量对于提高学生学习效果和教师教学能力至关重要.该文设计含上课效果、作业布置、教师影响力、课程性质、考试形式、教学资源扩展和教学模式改进 7 个维度共 39 个变量的调研问卷,收集到 438份山东省某"双一流"高校学生有效答卷,使用SPSS25.0 及AMOS软件对其进行分析.研究发现考试形式、教学模式改进、课程性质、教学资源拓展和上课效果是影响高校工科教学质量提升的重要因素,并针对各因素提出相应的教学质量提升建议.
The improvement of teaching quality is crucial to improve students'learning outcomes,teachers'teaching ability.This study designed a survey questionnaire with 39 variables in 7 dimensions,including class effect,homework assignment,teachers'influence,course classification,examination form,teaching resource expansion and teaching mode improvement.438 valid questionnaires were collected from the students in a"double first-class"university in Shandong Province.SPSS 25.0 and AMOS were used to analyze the validity of the questionnaire.Based on the perspective of students,the factors influencing the improvement of engineering teaching quality in universities were explored.It is found that the form of examination,the improvement of teaching mode,the nature of course,the expansion of teaching resources and the effect of class are the important factors that affect the improvement of engineering teaching quality in universities.The corresponding suggestions are put forward for each of these factors.
