With the increasing demand for practical ability and innovative thinking in the field of engineering education, the traditional teaching mode has been difficult to meet the current educational needs.Based on this, this study puts forward a new model of collaborative course construction in medical teaching and research-"problem-guided+engineering practice"model, aiming to promote the development of students'practical skills and innovative ability through the combination of problem-guided learning and engineering practice teaching method. This paper analyzes the limitations of traditional engineering education, introduces the theoretical basis and application background of problem-guided learning and engineering practice teaching method, and probes into the theoretical framework and implementation strategy of new medical teaching and research collaborative curriculum construction. The results show that this course model can effectively improve the students'clinical thinking ability, teamwork ability and independent learning ability, and promote the students'in-depth understanding and application of medical knowledge, which provides the direction for follow-up research, and has important theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the innovation of engineering education model and improving the quality of education.
