The management of administrative staff in colleges anduniversities is an important component of the higher education management system,and is the main guarantee for the high-quality development of various undertakings in higher education.Although various universities currently apply incentive mechanisms to administrative team management and construction,they still face many problems.This papertakes the reform of T University's workforce as an example,and analyzes the effectiveness and shortcomings of the personnel system reform in terms of job setting,employee motivation,and administrative career development after the reform through questionnaire surveys,literature research,consultation and communication.The aim is to provide reference and reform ideas for the incentive mechanism of administrative workforce in domestic universities.
