中国正在从工业大国向工业强国稳步迈进,教育教学迈入改革的新工科建设阶段.根据北京航空航天大学人才培养的价值观塑造、能力培养和知识传授三个方面的要求,在研究性教学中进行基于系统论的多彩教学设计,其中,红色引领包括创新理念、课程思政两个方面,绿色实践是从实践需求出发,以应用目标和核心问题为导向构建绿色版块以解决激光器和激光技术的系统应用和安全问题;将教学内容分为三个层次:通用基础阶段,器件演化,系统应用,将激光要件与激光专业基础知识点和创新、系统论和方法论有机结合构成金色基础.通过以践行创新引领和课程思政为灵魂,人文关怀为润滑,构建坚实立体的激光专业教学体系.提出的基于系统论理念的多彩教学模式除在激光专业课程中实践外,也在创新课程中的实践取得好的效果.
China is making steady progress from a big industrial country to an industrial power country,and new era of education and teaching entered new engineering construction stage of reform.According to the requirements of Beihang university in three aspects of personnel training:value shaping,ability training and knowledge teaching,a colorful teaching design based on system theory is carried out in the research course,in which the red lead includes two aspects:innovative ideas and curriculum ideology and politics.The green practice starts from the practical needs,guided by the application objectives and core problems,build a green section to solve the system application and safety problems of laser and laser technology;The teaching content is divided into three levels:general basic stage,device evolution and system application.The basic knowledge points are organically combined with innovation,system theory and methodology to form the golden foundation.With the practice of innovation leadership and curriculum thinking as the soul,and humanistic care as the lubrication,to build a solid three-dimensional laser professional teaching system.The proposed colorful teaching mode based on the concept of systems theory has achieved good results in the practice of the laser professional course in addition to the practice in the innovative course.By practice,this colorful teaching mode has achieved good results in the practice of both innovative course and laser professional courses.
