以"研"突破的工科研究生课程教学模式改革与实践

随着国家对研究生教育的重视,为满足新工科背景下对人才培养提出的"产出育人"新要求,研究生课程教学模式改革势在必行.以"研"突破的教学模式在产出目标的指导下,通过对课程知识体系的梳理及模块化处理,建立由课程知识点的应用到相关课题的研发"层层递进"的项目教学产出方案,进而完善能力考核为主的教学评价体系,形成"能力产出导向"的教学闭环.不仅解决传统研究生课堂教学"课程内容滞后、教学方法单一、能力培养不突出"的弊端,而且大大激发学生对课程的学习兴趣,使学生在所学知识与工程实践所需能力之间建立耦合关系,不断突出能力培养目标.经过几年的实践发现,以"研"突破的教学模式取得积极的成果,可为工科类课程教学改革提供参考.
With the national emphasis on graduate education,the reform of graduate course teaching mode is imperative in order to meet the new demand of"Producing and educating"in the background of new engineering.Under the guidance of the output goal,the teaching mode of"Breakthrough by research"has been dealt with by combing and modularizing the curriculum knowledge system,the paper has established the project teaching output plan of"step by step"from the application of curriculum knowledge points to the research and development of related subjects,and thenconsummated the teaching evaluation system with the ability examination as the main part,formeda"capacity-output-oriented"teaching closed loop.It avoided the disadvantages of the traditional postgraduates'classroom teaching,such as the lagging course content,the single teaching method and the notoutstanding ability cultivation.Thestudents'interest in the course has been greatly stimulated,the coupling relationship between the knowledge they have learned and the abilities they need in engineering practice has been established,and the goal of capacity-building has been highlighted constantly.After 2 years of practice,the teaching mode of"research"breakthrough has achieved positive results,which can provide reference for the teaching reform of engineering courses.
