研究生培养过程中存在的问题与优化策略探讨——以通信工程专业为例

中文摘要：针对高校研究生在培养过程中普遍存在的培养目标不明确、部分硕士课程同质化、实践能力偏弱及学术激情不足等问题,该文以通信工程专业为例,以研究生培养方案修订出发,从学生定位、课程设置、导师考核和校企联合等方面入手,深入探讨研究生培养的痛点.给出相应的解决策略,完善通信工程专业研究生培养体系,提高研究生教育的整体质量和效果.

外文摘要：In view of the common problems in the training process of graduate students in colleges and universities,such as unclear training objectives,homogenization of some master's courses,weak practical ability and lack of academic passion,this paper takes communication engineering as an example,starts from the revision of graduate training program,and discusses the pain points of graduate training from the aspects of student positioning,curriculum setting,tutor assessment and school-enterprise cooperation.And the corresponding solution strategy is given to improve the training system of communication engineering graduate students and improve the overall quality and effect of graduate education.
