高校社科类专业课程思政如何在现有基础上进一步提升课程思政教育与专业教学的融合度是当下和今后一个时期的重要任务,而"中国式"正是一个有效的平台和有力的抓手.为此,以公共部门人力资源管理为例,在全面理解"中国式"内涵的基础上,深度凝练课程蕴含的"中国式"课程思政元素,通过设计实施思政育人目标隐入专业教学目标、思政元素融入专业知识点、思政案例并入专业案例与思政情境引入教学全过程的"四项深度融合"教学,深度提升社科类专业课程思政教育与专业教学的融合度.
How to further enhance the fusion of ideological and political education and professional teaching in social science courses in universities on the existing basis is an important task for the current and future period,and"Chinese-style"is an effective platform and powerful crux.For this purpose,taking human resource management in the public sector as an example,this paper analyzes the ideological and political elements of the"Chinese-style"curriculum deeply condensed on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the connotation of"Chinese-style".We design and implement"four deep integration"teaching,including the ideological and political education goals embedded into professional teaching goals,ideological and political elements integrated into professional knowledge points,and ideological and political cases integrated into professional cases and ideological and political situations into the whole teaching process.We can deeply improve the integration degree of ideological and political education and professional teaching in social science majors.
