Ideological and political theory courses shoulders the mission of Marxist theory education and aims to cultivate socialist builders and successors.Enhancing the sense of attainment is an important issue facing the current reform of the ideological and political theory courses.And its generation process has roughly gone through three stages,from subjective expectation to active participation,from demand fulfillment to subjective identification,and from practical transformation to subjective development.However,the generation of the sense of attainment in ideological and political theory courses suffer from the dilemmas of uneven comprehensive quality of teachers,insufficient needs of college students,lack of realism in educational contents,and lack of innovation in educational methods.By analyzing the logic and dilemma of the generation of the sense of attainment,a specific path of enhancement is drawn.Firstly,teachers should focus on improving their comprehensive quality to enhance the quality of supply.Secondly,college students should give full play to their subjective initiative and consciously participate in education and practice;and lastly,enriching the teaching content and methods and enhancing the deep integration of supply and demand,so as to promote the sense of attainment of college students.
