立体化大学生素质能力贯通式分类培养方法探索与实践

人才培养是高校的主要任务之一,培养适应社会需求的高水平人才是高校义不容辞的责任.该文构建了以思想政治为引领,分类成才为标准、学科平台为支撑的3×3×3大学生立体化培养路径.首次构建"科研项目-科技成果-教学项目-教学成果-科技人才-科研创新-科研项目"的良性循环机制.人才培养过程中形成产教融合贯通"联合导师-校企课程-示范基地"、科教融合贯通"教学名师-品牌金课-科研平台"、师生共创贯通"双创导师-创业课程-孵化平台"的三类培养理念.形成产教融合可推广的新机制,学生创新创业能力显著增强,师资团队教学科研能力显著提升.
Talent cultivation is one of the main tasks of colleges and universities, and it is an unshirkable responsibility of colleges and universities to cultivate high-level talents to meet the needs of society.This paper constructs a three-dimensional training path for 3×3×3 college students, guided by ideology and politics, based on the standard of classified talents and supported by the discipline platform.A virtuous circle mechanism of "scientific research projects-scientific and technological achievements-teaching projects-teaching achievements-scientific and technological talents-scientific research innovation-scientific research projects" has been established for the first time.In the process of talent cultivation, three types of cultivation concepts have been formed, namely, integration of industry and education, integration of "joint tutors-school enterprise courses-demonstration base", integration of science and education, integration of"famous teachers-brand golden courses-research platform", and joint creation and integration of teachers and students, "mass entrepreneurship mentors-entrepreneurship courses-incubation platform".A new mechanism has been formed to promote the integration of production and education.The students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability has been significantly enhanced, and the teaching and scientific research ability of the teaching team has been significantly improved.
